Suggested Use

Adults: Take 2 droppersfull (2 mL) before bedtime in a small glass of water. Repeat if needed upon waking. Babies 1-2 yrs: 3 drops in water before bedtime. Children 3+: 12 drops in water before bedtime.

Keep Sleep Tincture and a small glass of water by your bedside table - if you wake up in the middle of the night, it will be easy to take a second dose!

Some more ideas: You can make an herbal sleep tea by adding Sleep Tincture to hot water, or make yourself a sleepy mocktail by adding the tincture and a squeeze of citrus to sparkling water!
